My name is Rachel White and I am a college student, bikini competitor, weight lifter, and food lover from the great state of Texas. I have a passion for creating workout programs and workout plans for those trying to accomplish their goals through fitness.
I am here because I have a desire to see great change in the world and how people look at their own bodies. Every single person is a masterpiece and through health and fitness, can learn to see themselves as nothing less.
